General

Violaa Swimwear reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Product Availability & Pricing

All products are subject to availability. Prices are listed in CAD and may be updated at any time without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without prior notice.

Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

You authorize Violaa Swimwear to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of your order, including applicable taxes and shipping fees.

Due to the made-to-order nature of our pieces, orders cannot be modified or cancelled once placed.

Shipping & Risk of Loss

Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to location, customs processing, or unforeseen delays. Violaa Swimwear is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs authorities.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer once the order has been delivered to the shipping carrier.

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country.

Returns & Exchanges

All purchases are final sale.

For hygiene and small-batch production reasons, swimwear cannot be returned or exchanged. In the rare event of a manufacturing defect, please contact violaaswimwear@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear images for review.

We reserve the right to determine whether a defect qualifies for replacement or store credit.

Made-to-Measure & Custom Orders

All made-to-measure and custom pieces are final sale and non-refundable.

Violaa Swimwear is not responsible for fit issues resulting from inaccurate measurements provided by the customer.

Care & Use

Violaa Swimwear is not responsible for damage resulting from improper care, exposure to chemicals, rough surfaces, sunscreen staining, or incorrect washing.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including designs, images, logos, text, and product concepts, is the exclusive property of Violaa Swimwear and may not be reproduced, copied, or distributed without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Violaa Swimwear shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or purchase of our products.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Violaa Swimwear from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from misuse of our products or violation of these Terms.

Website Accuracy

We make every effort to display product colours, textures, and details accurately. However, variations may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen settings. Exact colour representation cannot be guaranteed.

Force Majeure

Violaa Swimwear shall not be held liable for delays or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to supply chain disruptions, carrier delays, natural disasters, government actions, or other unforeseen events.
