How long does it take for an order to be made and shipped?

Your piece is carefully crafted to order within 3–7 days before it begins its journey to you.
I saw a fabric I loved on the site/Instagram before. Will there be more available?

Highly unlikely.

Violaa fabrics are hand-selected in deliberately small quantities from choice local suppliers, where availability is limited and often impossible to replicate. Once a fabric is gone, it is rarely restocked.

Choosing Violaa means investing in a truly limited-edition piece — designed for a limited circle.
Can I exchange or return my swimsuit for a refund?

Every Violaa piece is thoughtfully designed and carefully handcrafted with an uncompromising attention to detail. Before it leaves my studio, each item is individually inspected to ensure it meets the luxury standard I promise.

For this reason — and for hygiene considerations — all purchases are final sale. I do not offer refunds or exchanges.
