Still feels surreal typing this… but Violaa Swimwear has had over a dozen custom collections carried at SunLaced Apparel — our favourite local gem at Highstreet Mall in Abbotsford, British Columbia.

I remember when Michelle, the owner (I know — great name), reached out to me. She had been looking for a local, high quality, curated to match her boutique’s aesthetic, and women-owned Swimwear brand— aka, the dream. I was so honoured she reached out and even more delighted to hear that someone had referred Violaa to her during her hunt for the perfect brand.

Fast forward to now… and Violaa Swimwear is on the racks, on the mannequins, on the billboard, and on the babes shopping there. It’s been such an amazing collaboration over the past year.

Everything we make is still hand-sewn — yes, by me — and each collection for SunLaced has been created with their shoppers in mind. Bold pieces, flattering fits, inclusive sizing, and little luxury details that make you feel that kind of confident.

Every drop is limited, because that’s how we roll. Quality over quantity, always.
